“Nicely furnished apartment close to Winter Gardens, with modern bathroom. Designated parking outside the door. Very secure entrance. Soap, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and milk provided. Fairly quiet as looking out to the side street. Clear instructions provided beforehand re check in and parking. Picked up the phone straight away when we phoned with a question.”

“I would definitely stay again! The free parking and clear check in instructions made the experience really easy. The bed was comfortable. I think it would be quite cramped if 4 people were to stay here but perfect space for 2. The decor was lovely, modern and attractive. Could do with a slightly better clean as some of the glasses were dirty and there was a piece of food under the couch that was visible without moving anything. That is the only downside though and it wouldn't put me off recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in a pleasant space that is a 5 minute walk from central pier!”

“We stayed at the blackbird apartment on the ground floor, for 2 nights. Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A fantastic bed and very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Was surprised of how beautiful the apartment was decorated. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to hand that we could possibly need. Location was perfect for us, a walking distance to the beach. Dava is a great host. Highly recommended.”

“The property was very clean and nicely laid out. The bedroom was separate from the living room and kitchen. Could not have wished for a better. The location was good for getting to the winter gardens where we were competing in a dance competition it was a 10 minute walk away. A parking place in front of the building was provided. There was a welcome pack and booklet with important telephone numbers etc in case we required the hosts help.”
